Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum order requirement, but for free delivery, a minimum order of HK$500 is required.

Do you sell by pack or by weight?
We sell by pack.

Is the price online the final price?
Yes, it is the final price. No hidden charges.

Do I get contacted after placing the order?

Yes, we will contact you to confirm your order and payment within 4 hours during our business hours. (We will not contact you on Sunday or public holidays)

Can I check my order status?

Yes, you can login and go to the "My Account" page. You can also review your past order history from this page.

Delivery

What is the delivery charge?
We offer free delivery on all orders of $500 or above. Should the amount be less than $500, there will be a delivery charge of $80. If outlying islands area will be $100.

Where can you deliver to?
Most HK postal registered addresses (excludes outter islands that has no direct access by roads).

What if no one home when you deliver?
Please ensure that someone is ready to receive the goods at your selected time slot. Items will be returned to us if you are unreachable. Extra charge of $150 will be applied for re-sending of items.

Product Information

The red meat is not red?

When red meat is vacuum packaged, it tends to turn a darker shade of brown due to the lack of oxygen in the bag. The contents are perfectly safe for eating. Once you open the pack, you will see the red color flourishes back in few minutes.

How to defrost a meat?

Take your meat pack from freezer and put it in the fridge(0-4degreeC) overnight as a more ideal method.
